C.D. Denmon grew up in the mountains of Pennsylvania and his love of nature and wildlife blossomed at an early age. He began his photography interest at an early age when he attended his first wildlife photography seminar at the age of 12 and began toting his own camera and tripod around to capture images of wildlife and scenes that appealed to his eye.
As he grew older he aspired to become a professional outdoor writer and photographer. He has become an award winning outdoor writer and has nearly 400 articles and 1000’s of photos published at the local, national and international levels.
He has been a member of several professional media organizations such as the Outdoor Writers of America, Professional Outdoor Media Association and the Pennsylvania Outdoor Writers Association. He has served on the board of directors for the Pa. Outdoor Writers Association and is currently the 2nd Vice President for the organization.
He enjoys spending time amongst nature, with and without the camera and finds himself the most happy during those times.
C.D. makes his home in Sweet Valley Pennsylvania.
